He wants to be out working on the house, cleaning up the yard, making sure houses are going to be dry underneath, and every other form of work you can think of, when it comes to overhauling a house. Forget the legal end of it... Will, my husband, contacted Candace Davidson, to assist him with the purchase of a home to remodel and possibly flip. I'm sure if Ms Candace had any idea of the trouble my husband was going to be, she would've turned him down!! Candace contacted Will to check in and make sure he had her number for when he was ready to move on this. So, when he finally was ready to sit down and do this, really wasn't..... This situation dragged on and on and on.... and on... I DO NOT know why Candace stayed with us and continued to be attentive, kind and polite. She looked up EVERY number and address possible to make light work for my husband. Candace was EXTREMELY knowledgeable whenever we asked questions, which covered every subject we could come up with about our situation. Even during the January snow and cold, she volunteered to come to where we were to help us navigate this process, that was so foreign. It is a great thing for Will that Candace is the person who was on the other end of the phone number he called. I truly believe if it had been any other real estate person, they would've hung up the phone and never called back. That is how difficult WE were to work with! I’ve bought and sold homes before, so I went without an agent. Her genuine honesty, kindness, knowledge and personality shined thru. I decided to talk with her about a duplex I had been thinking about selling. 30 min later, I met her for coffee with an already completed portfolio and comps for my duplex!!!! I needed it done fast, as smooth as possible and I had no idea about selling a tenant occupied duplex. She guided me thru everything and never made a promise she didn’t keep. I decided to sell my home in Tennessee when I bought another home out of state. Candace was my third realtor. I was beginning to lose confidence in realtors until I met her. I guess three times is a charm and literally she is a charm! She goes “beyond the call of duty”. Because I live out of state, I was not able to be there all of the time. Candace took the time to meet with the plumber, the electrician, the carpet installer, Salvation Army etc.. I hired a cleaning crew and Candace was cleaning with the cleaning crew. She took her own money to buy miscellaneous things I needed to sell my home. My shower head was leaking, so she bought a shower head and installed it. Talking about “Jack-of-All-trades! She is also very pleasant to work with. She is very knowledgeable on real estate laws as well. If I had to rate her, I would give her 100 stars! I first contacted Candace upon the recommendation of a relative. It had become apparent that my 92-year-old mother was going to have to move to Knoxville to live with me and give up the home in Memphis where she had lived for over 60 years.
